Kids Spiritual Hygiene & Protection Course: Empowering Young Souls (Ages 5-11)

In this fun and interactive course, kids will learn essential practices to care for and protect their energy field, empowering them to navigate the world with confidence and clarity. Through simple and effective techniques such as grounding, energy clearing, and energetic protection, children will discover how to maintain their emotional and spiritual well-being.

The course is designed to help children feel understood, supported, and validated in their intuitive experiences. They will be encouraged to embrace their natural sensitivities, learning how to shield themselves from negativity and stay balanced, no matter what’s going on around them.

By the end of the course, children will have a toolkit of spiritual hygiene practices they can use daily to strengthen their energy, trust their intuition, and feel safe and secure in their own space.
