Sexual Body Healing – 60-Minute Chakra Journey

This 1-hour Sexual Body Healing session is a gentle, embodied journey through the chakra system, designed to restore connection, safety, pleasure, and vitality within the body. The session weaves together breath, guided awareness, energetic touch (or visualization), and somatic presence to support deep healing of stored tension, shame, or disconnection—especially in areas related to intimacy, creativity, and self-expression.

We begin by grounding into the body and nervous system, creating a sense of safety and consent. From there, we move slowly upward through each chakra, spending intentional time with the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Particular attention is given to the sacral and heart centers, allowing sensual energy and emotional awareness to flow without force or performance.

Throughout the session, sexual energy is approached as life-force energy—something to be listened to, softened into, and circulated rather than acted upon. The process supports healing around boundaries, desire, self-worth, and the ability to receive pleasure and connection with presence and ease.

The session closes with integration, allowing the energy to settle and align, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and more deeply at home in your body.

This experience is suitable for all genders and is held in a trauma-aware, respectful, and intentional container.
